Mental & Physical Wellbeing whilst working from home

As part of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek

Whilst many people in the UK continue to work from home – the entire Baxter Freight team have been home-based during the UK lockdown – it’s important to remember to look after ourselves, both in mind and body.

This week being Mental Health Awareness Week, we have been sharing with our team, ways in which we can all, take time and look after our own mental health a little more.
