Customs Support Administrators

We are currently recruiting for Customs Support Administrators. This is a great opportunity to join the business in these newly appointed positions.

The purpose of the roles is to ensure our suppliers, customs brokers and partners have the correct paperwork for road freight shipments entering and exiting European borders post Brexit.

We are offering a competitive salary and due to the nature of  role there will be a requirement to work different shifts inside and outside of normal office hours.


  • To check and verify information on commercial invoices and communicate any discrepancies to colleagues and rectify.
  • To communicate directly with customs brokers to ensure all supporting paperwork is received to generate customs paperwork.
  • To ensure customs documents are returned and loaded onto the internal system.
  • To ensure all relevant paperwork has been sent to suppliers, customs brokers and partners for the import and export operation to run smoothly and achieve shipping deadlines.
  • To complete AEO documents and load onto the internal system.
  • To check clearance has been completed overseas and confirm duty has been paid on all DDP shipments.

Key skills & experience:

The successful candidates will demonstrate strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to process data accurately and efficiency.  You will also have excellent communication skills and a confident user of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience in a similar role and/or customs knowledge would be advantageous.
